Fabio Alessandrelli 4b973f451e [MP] Gracefully handle cache confirmation of deleted nodes
It's possible that after sending a cached node reference (e.g. RPC or
static MultiplayerSynchronizer) the reference node is removed from tree
before the remote peer(s) can confirm the referenced path.

To better detect that case, and avoid spamming errors when it happens,
this commit modifies the multiplayer API caching protocol, to send the
received ID instead of the Node path when sending the confirmation
packet.

**This is a breaking change** because it makes the runtime multiplayer
protocol incompatible with previous versions of Godot.

Raul Santos 7d08e8727b C#: Make internal properties and property accessors public (but hidden)
Instead of making the accessors `internal` which can break binary compat, make them `public` but hide them with EB never so they don't show up in IntelliSense.

Also, do the same for properties with the `PROPERTY_USAGE_INTERNAL` flag. These properties were not meant to be exposed to scripting, but since they've been public before all we can do now is hide them.

melquiadess 70ea3e22a6 Use ?. (and ?.let) safe operators instead of !!
This PR prevents potential NPEs, and follows Kotlin conventions more closely
by replacing the unsafe !! operator with safe ?. (or ?.let) (usually
!! would only be used very rarely, and with a good reason - there is one
place left in this PR where !! makes sense), and by replacing Java style
'if (x != null)' with Kotlin's '?.'

Markus Sauermann 48ea019322 Fix a special case for button masks
In certain situations it is possible that in a `Viewport` the same
mouse button is pressed twice in series without releasing it in
between.
In this case, focus stealing should happen to ensure, that the
mouse button is not sent unintentionally to the previously focused
Control node.

Andre Franco 5c19fcbd57 Fix #88892: TreeItem shows cell edit in the wrong column when SelectMode=Row and TreeItem has multiple columns
Editor would not be brought up when clicking on all but the last column on a TreeItem with SelectMode=Row with

Markus Sauermann 945babc619 Prohibit execution of delayed input events by different means
In some cases it can happen, that the order of input events and
window events is not followed, when input buffering or input accumulation
is active.

The display server order `InputEvent` => window-event gets changed to
window-event => `InputEvent` which becomes problematic in certain
situations.

This PR makes sure, that the order is adhered to by flushing input events
before a window event is sent.
Previously this problem was mitigated by discarding these delayed events.
But this solution was problematic in the setting of android input events.

relevant to developers).
