João Diniz 0046f29e63 Editor: Mark simple confirmation/accept dialogs as non-resizable
Adds set_flag(FLAG_RESIZE_DISABLED, true) to ConfirmationDialog and
AcceptDialog instances which only contain plain content. Dialogs
with content that could leave the borders of the dialog were kept
as resizable.

The flag is set explicitly at dialog creation time, instead of the
previous auto-detect approach. In cases of uncertainty, the dialog was
left as resizable.

Rémi Verschelde eabb9a63d4 Rename callable_method_pointer.h to callable_mp.h and include it explicitly
This allows removing it from `class_db.h`, significantly reducing the amount of files
that include it transitively.

Also includes some include cleanup in `control.h` and `rich_text_label.h` done while
ensure they don't depend on `callable_mp`.

Rémi Verschelde f5a290ac46 Move RenderingServer enums to a dedicated RenderingServerEnums (RSE) namespace
A number of headers in the codebase included `rendering_server.h` just for
some enum definitions. This means that any change to `rendering_server.h` or
one of its dependencies would trigger a massive incremental rebuild.

With this change, we decouple a number of classes from `rendering_server.h`,
greatly speeding up incremental rebuilds for that area.

On my machine, this reduces incremental compilation time after an edit of
`rendering_server.h` by 60s (from 2m57s).

aaronp64 aaaa840568 Use point_grab_radius setting in Polygon2DEditor bottom panel editor
Updated Polygon2DEditor bottom panel editor to use point_grab_radius setting instead of fixed value, similar to grab behavior in main 2D editor panel.  Also updated closest point detection to better handle overlapping grab areas.
