Matches avoidance defaults for NavigationAgent and NavigationServer NavAgent. The node had different properties than the server agent and the 2d version still used outdate defaults form the 3d version.

Add resize_initialized and resize_uninitialized to Vector. These functions serve as replacements for resize, to make sure the caller understands whether elements need to be initialized 'by hand' after the call.
