João Diniz 0046f29e63 Editor: Mark simple confirmation/accept dialogs as non-resizable
Adds set_flag(FLAG_RESIZE_DISABLED, true) to ConfirmationDialog and
AcceptDialog instances which only contain plain content. Dialogs
with content that could leave the borders of the dialog were kept
as resizable.

The flag is set explicitly at dialog creation time, instead of the
previous auto-detect approach. In cases of uncertainty, the dialog was
left as resizable.

Rémi Verschelde eabb9a63d4 Rename callable_method_pointer.h to callable_mp.h and include it explicitly
This allows removing it from `class_db.h`, significantly reducing the amount of files
that include it transitively.

Also includes some include cleanup in `control.h` and `rich_text_label.h` done while
ensure they don't depend on `callable_mp`.

Max Aller e304b4e43e GDScript: Fix incorrect default transfer_mode for @rpc annotation
The `@rpc` annotation was registered with "unreliable" as the default
transfer_mode, but the runtime (SceneRPCInterface) defaults to
TRANSFER_MODE_RELIABLE. This caused a mismatch between the documented
default and the actual behavior when using Node.rpc_config().

Changed the parser default to "reliable" to match the runtime behavior
and C# RpcAttribute. Added comments in all three locations to help
prevent future drift.

Sander Vanhove 73c95baa52 Fix peers stopping replication on deleting node they spawned
When multiple peers had multiplayer authority over a MultiplayerSpawner
and spawned nodes that used a MultiplayerSynchronizer that were later
deleted, these peers would stop syncing random nodes from other peers
because the net_id of said spawned nodes was not unique over all peers.
The net_id was the only criteria that was looked at to stop syncing the
node.

This commit fixes this by also looking at the peer the node came from.
